We produce sleevings, profiles and sealings from silicone rubber using extrusion technology.

Properties of Silicone Rubber:

• offers the best combination of thermal, electrical, mechanical and chemical properties in comparison with other elastomers
• excellent and long-lasting flexibility
• resistance to temperatures from -60°C to 250°C, special grades up to 300°C
• excellent dielectric properties
• resistance to ageing and to weather (ozone, corrosion, UV rays)
• resistance to fungus and bacteria
• only weak effect from oxidants, weak acids, alkalis, salts and vegetable oils
• we produce in standard hardnesses 50, 60 and 70 ShA
• we can prepare various types of silicone rubber which have specific properties, depending upon application

Applications:

• electrical insulation material (electric motors, transformers, generators, lighting devices)
• gaskets in household ovens, industrial electric ovens, sealings in dish-washers, washing machines, fryers, air condition devices, laboratory devices e.g. sterilizators)
• tubes for transportation of different media (water and steam in coffee machines, irons,...)
• sealings for vibration and noise stifling and thermal insulation (windows, doors,...)
• etc.

Dimensions and shapes:

• round, rectangular, square and all other shapes and sizes according to individual requests up to outside diameter 50 mm
• standard colours are black and tranparent, other colours are possible according to RAL colour scale on request
